Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel & Casino - Leadership

Larry Vitale is General Manager of The Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel & Casino, located in the heart of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. An industry veteran with more than 30 years of hospitality experience, Vitale has worked with multiple companies and brands across the United States and the Caribbean. His roles over the last 15 years stretch across both finance and operations as he started in 2000 as the VP of Finance at the Westin Rio Mar Beach Resort & Country Club and went on to hold Corporate Finance and Asset Management roles with Tishman Hotel Corporation and Starwood Hotels and Resorts within the Caribbean. He holds a degree in Business Administration from The University of Las Vegas.

Armando Emanuelli is Director of Sales and Marketing at the Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel. With over 20 years of experience as a leader in travel and tourism industry sales, he is now responsible for overseeing the group sales operation at the 240-room waterfront hotel in the heart of Old San Juan.

Armando is a US Marine Corps Veteran and has served as the founding President of the Puerto Rico chapter of HSMAI (Hospitality Sales Marketing Association International) and as a board member of Puerto Rico Convention Bureau and the Sales and Marketing Executives Association.

Zulma Rivera is the Director of Catering and Conference Services at the Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel. Rivera has more than 20 years of experience as a hotel leader in event planning, catering sales and convention services in multiple hotel destinations; from large convention hotels to resorts and luxury properties. Her duties include management of meetings with pre-planning of logistical details and execution once on site, hosting domestic and foreign groups and focusing on high quality service controls from all sides of the operation.
