Palio only uses fresh, seasonal ingredients to create flavor-infused sensations like pork pinchos on the bone with honey pepper pique, or blue crab and avocado salad on grilled tomato with lime reduction. You'll love our salads made with locally grown greens and fresh-made soups, too.

Don't miss the Seafood Palio, a specialty of the house with sauteed shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams in roasted garlic lemon butter served over lobster ravioli. It's all the flavors of the sea melded into a buttery ecstasy. Try a taste of Puerto Rico with our amazing paellas and tostones, and to finish your meal, we have an amazing selection of desserts and cordials for a sweet concluding note.

You're likely to be nearly too full for breakfast the next morning - or so you'll think until you catch a glimpse of our sumptuous breakfast buffet, featuring luscious tropical fruits alongside classic breakfast fare like scrambled eggs and bacon.
